Inside AT&T Stadium: Your FIFA 2026 Semifinal Guide

AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas hosts a FIFA World Cup 2026 Semifinal on July 14 — one of only two Semis in the tournament. The 80,000-seat retractable-roof venue is the largest Semifinal host in tournament history.

Getting There

AT&T Stadium is in Arlington, about 20 miles west of downtown Dallas. There is no rail service to Arlington. This is important.

  • Shuttle: Expect FIFA/WKND shuttle services from downtown Dallas staging areas. Details TBD.
  • Rideshare: $40-60 from downtown Dallas. Surge pricing will apply.
  • Driving: Parking at the stadium complex is $50-75. Lots open 4 hours before kickoff.
  • Private transfer: Our bundle packages include this.
  • What to Know

  • The retractable roof will be closed in July Texas heat (100°F+ outside, 72°F inside).
  • The stadium's center-hung video board is the largest in any NFL stadium — 72 feet tall, 160 feet wide.
  • Cashless, clear bag policy.
  • Gates open 2.5 hours before kickoff for knockout rounds.
  • Before the Match

  • Arlington Entertainment District (walking distance) — Texas Live!, Lounge Here, Globe Life Field area
  • Downtown Dallas (20 min drive) — Deep Ellum, AT&T Discovery District
  • Uptown Dallas (25 min drive) — Katy Trail, McKinney Avenue bars and restaurants
  • Pro Tips

    1. Book a shuttle or private transfer. Don't rely on rideshare — 80,000 people requesting rides at the same time. 2. The July Texas heat is serious. Even with AC inside, the walk from parking is exposed. 3. AT&T Stadium allows one sealed water bottle per person. 4. Post-match, expect 60-90 minutes to exit the parking area.
