New York Fashion Week 2026: The After-Party Guide

The Scene

New York Fashion Week happens twice a year — February and September — and for seven days, Manhattan operates on a completely different social calendar. The shows are the official programming. The after-parties are where the industry actually connects.

Where Everyone Goes

The Standard, High Line

The Boom Boom Room and Le Bain are NYFW headquarters. The rooftop views, the crowd, and the door policy create an atmosphere that is equal parts exclusive and electric. Expect to see editors, stylists, and models fresh from the last show of the day.

Zero Bond

The private members club in NoHo that has become fashion week's living room. If you have access, this is where the conversations happen. If you don't, try Lucien around the corner.

Paul's Baby Grand

For something that feels nothing like fashion week — and that is exactly the point. The Tribeca spot plays soul, funk, and R&B, serves strong drinks, and attracts a crowd that does not need a lanyard to prove they belong.

Public Hotel

Ian Schrager's property on the Lower East Side programs events throughout fashion week. The lobby bar is a masterclass in people-watching. The rooftop opens when the weather cooperates.

The Dinners

The real power moves happen at dinner. Designers host intimate gatherings at:

  • Carbone — The reservation everyone wants. Italian-American excellence in the Village.
  • Balthazar — Still relevant after 25 years. The late-night steak frites after a show is a tradition.
  • Via Carota — The West Village gem that every editor recommends. No reservations. Worth the wait.

  • Fashion WKND covers NYFW, Paris Couture, Milan, and London — the shows, the parties, and the people between the runways.
